I truly believe all women can help bring positive change to the world by enhancing, expressing and sharing their own unique qualities.  In  looking towards our inner life & health – enhancing our positive human qualities, we can certainly make the world a better place, and our lives can become rich, and full.

A healthy, wealthy life of purpose as our focus, will enhance our experience of life (and THIS is the best anti-aging remedy there is!)

A little bit about me…

I am an advocate for personal empowerment & healthy, organic, chemical free living.  My passion extends to living a rich, spiritual life, alternative healing methods, and the ‘empowerment of all human beings’, especially women.  My wish, is that each person may find happiness, and their own truth & purpose.  Their unique place in life…

I am currently living in Canberra, Australia, while transforming this site into a life changing and inspiring resource for women.  I am also a contributing Citizen Journalist for NaturalNews.com and a freelance writer, publishing various articles on Associated Content.

My Studies, Qualifications & Expertise:

• Natural Skin Care Product Development: Always exploring organic & natural beauty methods, I used to get in the kitchen and make my own skin care until I came across Miessence, whose potency, purity and active  ingredients impressed me so much, I now use this product range in my daily life, and I also use the Miessence Certified Organic Range  in facial treatments with clients

• Organic Facials: I have studied the latest facial treatments & methods with Future Therapy Academy and also Academy of SAFE Therapies, both located on the Gold Coast, QLD.    I started my own business, working from home on the Gold Coast and creating a unique sacred space for treatments, before love made me move to Canberra!

• Whole Body Massage: I have also studied the art of massage with All Regions Massage School in Brisbane, and continue to study massage as part of my current studies in aromatherapy

• Reiki – I am a qualified Reiki Master, and received my first attunements for this wonderful healing art approx. 10 years ago.  I channel the healing energy of reiki for my own self healing,  friends & family, and also clients

• Thought Field Therapy/EFT: I hold qualifications and training in Thought Field Therapy, Level 1 & 2, and I’m currently exploring the healing method of  EFT – Emotional Freedom Technique (a method born from Thought Field Therapy)

• Other: Always on a mission of self discovery, improvement and spiritual exploration, I have also completed intense workshops & training in NLP techniques, and writing through the Australian College of Journalism.

I loooove cats!  and am currently reading The Bhagavad Gita, with the aim to strengthen my good human qualities, along with my spiritual experience of life…
