30 Days of Silence

Today marks the start of my latest challenge!  I’m doing the Lam-Rim Meditation Retreat (The Graduated Path to Enlightenment) at Chenrezig Institute for a whole month.

Yes, one whole month!  I feel so very blessed and fortunate to have this wonderful opportunity.  The whole month is in silence! and the retreat has a focus on mindfulness training, meditation and teachings.

Vipassana Experience Days 7-10

By this stage my equanimity of mind (not reacting to the sensations in my body) was growing stronger and stronger and my understanding of the true nature of sensations, they arise and then pass away, deepened immensely.
